Product Process of Premium Hengke Casting

1

Pattern Creation

Develop intricate wax patterns of the desired component with precision and attention to detail.

2

Pattern Assembly

Assemble wax patterns onto a gating system to create a tree-like structure for the casting process.

3

Investment Coating

Apply multiple layers of refractory material to the wax assembly, creating a robust ceramic shell.

4

Dewaxing

Eliminate the wax from the ceramic shell through melting or vaporization, leaving behind the mold cavity.

5

Preheating

Heat the ceramic molds to remove any remaining moisture and prepare them for the metal casting process.

6

Pouring

Pour molten metal, such as SS 316, into the preheated ceramic molds to fill the cavity and form the component.

7

Solidification

Allow the molten metal to cool and solidify within the ceramic mold, adopting the desired shape.

8

Knockout

Remove the ceramic shell from the solidified metal casting through vibration or other mechanical means.

9

Cutting and Grinding
